RESIDENCES

The Parc Saint Léger supports research and production in contemporary art through the organisation of artists’ residencies. These are held following either a call for applications within the framework of one of our two programmes – Second Homes or Excellence des métiers d’art – or by invitation to exhibit at the art centre or as part of the Hors les Murs programme. During their stay, the residents have access to a workshop, living accommodation, and they are awarded a research grant.

This working period, in a dedicated space, allows artists to experiment, produce or prepare an exhibition. The residency also represents a moment of creation in a given area and must be seen as an active period, involving many occasions for fruitful exchanges, both for the artists and the public.

NB: The Parc Saint Léger does not accept requests for residency spontaneously, but only in response to a call for applications. Nevertheless, artists who wish to present their work can send a portfolio to management.

The call for application for Second Homes residency program is close.
